Answer: You should go to a certified mechanic or a professional with the experience needed to operate on your vehicle concerning brakes etc. Try looking and comparing different shops. that's what I did and it worked out.

Answer: Firestone has moderate prices. About the same as Auto Zone or Pep Boys. But if they are the closest service area then by all means use them before the others.
