Answer: In my opinion, Yes it is. Every time I went to Auto Zone I was helped with the best intentions. Anything I asked for and they had it, I was showed where it was located in the store.

Answer: The best tires in my opinion are Goodyear tires, they might cost more, but you are paying for the quality behind the name, so it will be worth the purchase, and I can almost bet that you won't have as many "bursting" issues.
